Pholourie (also spelled phulourie or phoulourie) is a popular snack food consisting of deep-fried, spiced balls made from a mixture of split peas and flour dough, typically served with a tangy chutney.
Chow a spicy, tangy salad typically made with fruits like mango, papaya, pineapple, or guava, with ingredients like garlic, hot peppers, culantro (chadon beni), and lime juice.
Bake & Shark is sandwich that consists of seasoned deep-fried shark meat inside a bake. Bake is a fluffy, slightly sweetened fried dough.
Pelau (pronounced peh-lau) is a traditional rice dish that typically includes meat (usually chicken or beef), rice, pigeon peas or cowpeas, coconut milk and sugar.
